CHUCK
I grew up on a large farm in Wenden, Arizona that my parents owned and managed. They worked my siblings and me hard, but I am very grateful to them for instilling in us a strong work ethic and sense of integrity. Later I graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business, specializing in Finance. I enjoyed some success in the banking industry and ended up supervising million dollar bank loans for commercial real estate and agricultural businesses.
I soon discovered however that working at a bank was too monotonous and confining for me. So, I switched to a career in sales where I spent 25 years as an outside rep for the flooring industry. My title may have said Sales, but Customer Service was always my passion and my focus. As Zig Ziglar said, “You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.” Words to live by!
As both a hobby and means of investment, my wife and I have always had a passion for buying, renting and flipping real estate. Once we started investing in Rocky Point, we were immediately and hopelessly hooked! In 2019, we moved here fulltime, got our real estate licenses and bought this RE/MAX Legacy franchise. Since then we have completed several hundred transactions by helping our clients to achieve their real estate goals!
My wife, Jenna and I have 3 kids and 2 grandkids up in the Phoenix area whom we get to visit every month or so. We love living fulltime in Puerto Penasco and have never regretted our leap of faith.

Okay this is different, but I spent my youngest years growing up in Hong Kong. No, I don’t speak Chinese. When I was 9, my family moved to San Jose, California where I enjoyed a typical and happy childhood. I was always into singing and dancing, and was fortunate enough to end up with a career in show business. I spent many years as a performer on cruise ships and at various international theme parks. The travel was great, and I will always be so thankful for this exciting phase of my life.
Once in my 30’s and settled down, I became a Registered Nurse. I worked in the E.R. and Behavioral Health specialties, but then found a brand new niche for nurses called Clinical Informatics. As an Informatics Coordinator for Banner Health, I was part of a large team supporting the very complex task of converting hospitals and clinics from paper medical records to electronic charting. It was extremely challenging and exciting and truly, a historic time. Once the facilities’ conversions were complete, I spent my days continuing to teach doctors, nurses and other clinicians how to use the charting system.
And then came … Rocky Point! My husband Chuck, and began visiting this beautiful little beach town and fell in love with it. It got to the point that at the end of every visit, we just didn’t want to leave. Like many others we scratched our heads and thought “How can we make a living in Rocky Point?” Well we had already bought and sold several condos here as investments so, becoming realtors really made sense. Now we get to do something we love, and live by the beach. Let me tell you my friend, this IS the good life!
